500 g Marie biscuits
Ice cream (any flavor)
Fresh cream
Chocolate syrup or Fruit (strawberry) sauces
How to make Ice cream cake
- Put biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin
- Grease bottom and sides of cake pan
- Mix biscuit crumbs and well beaten ice cream
- Spoon into pan
- Top with fresh cream
- Freeze for 3 hours
- Transfer to refrigerator from freezer 20 minutes before serving
- Drip a stream of chcolate syrup or Fruit sauce before serving
