100 gms seedless water melon

150 gms sugar

How to make Melon Sago
- Scoop out melon balls from melons
- Soak sago in water to cover for 1/2 hour
- Drain
- Boil milk, simmer and cook sago in milk
- Make syrup by boiling sugar and water
- Cool and mix coconut milk
- Add sago milk mixture to syrup and chill
- To serve, place melon balls in bowls and pour syrup
