4 cups fresh cream
1-2 cups pureed strawberries
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 drops strawberry colour
2-3 drops strawberry essence
How to make Orange Ice Cream
- Dissolve sugar in juice
- Beat in ice-cream
- Add strawberry essence and coloring
- Beat in thoroughly
- Transfer mixture in baking pan/molding pan
- Cover with a foil or plastic wrap
- Freeze until set
