Melon Sago Ingredients
100 gms cantaloupe melon
100 gms honeydew melon
100 gms seedless water melon
100 gms sago
150 gms sugar
400 ml water
150 ml coconut milk
250 ml fresh milk

Melon Sago Dessert

How to make Melon Sago
  1. Scoop out melon balls from melons
  2. Soak sago in water to cover for 1/2 hour
  3. Drain
  4. Boil milk, simmer and cook sago in milk
  5. Make syrup by boiling sugar and water
  6. Cool and mix coconut milk
  7. Add sago milk mixture to syrup and chill
  8. To serve, place melon balls in bowls and pour syrup
