Ice cream cake 1

Ice cream cake Ingredients
500 g Marie biscuits
Ice cream (any flavor)
Fresh cream
Chocolate syrup or Fruit (strawberry) sauces

How to make Ice cream cake
  1. Put biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin
  2. Grease bottom and sides of cake pan
  3. Mix biscuit crumbs and well beaten ice cream
  4. Spoon into pan
  5. Top with fresh cream
  6. Freeze for 3 hours
  7. Transfer to refrigerator from freezer 20 minutes before serving
  8. Drip a stream of chcolate syrup or Fruit sauce before serving
