Chocolate Mouse Ingredients
2 cups thick cream
4 cups vanilla ice cream
160 grams cooking chocolate
2 tablespoon butter

How to make Chocolate Mouse
  1. Chop chocolate
  2. Add butter
  3. Stir over simmering water until melted
  4. Blend well
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Add cream and beat until smooth
  7. Let cool
  8. Add ice cream
  9. Beat again until smooth
  10. Chill in a bowl
  11. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes before serving
